Overview
At JLewis Appliances, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing our customers with an exceptional shopping experience. That’s why we offer a hassle-free refund and returns policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Returns
We accept returns on all purchases within 30 days of delivery. If you’re not completely satisfied with your item for any reason, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team at [email protected]. We’ll provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to package and ship the item back to us.
Please note that all returns must be in their original, unopened condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging included. We reserve the right to deny a refund or charge a restocking fee for any items that have been used, damaged, or are missing components.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll process your refund. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment, and you can expect to see the credit on your account within 7-10 business days.
Exceptions
There are a few exceptions to our standard return policy:
- Custom-ordered or special-order items are non-refundable.
- Items purchased with a manufacturer’s rebate or promotion are subject to the terms of that offer.
- Clearance and “open box” items may have a shortened return window or additional restrictions.
